This study critically examines the existence of indigenous peoples within framework promoting cultural rights in Indonesia. The main reason for this is that Indonesian Law on Advancement Culture enacted 2017 did not explicitly include as a crucial aspect preserving activities. Consequently, there has been no significant policy reform from government to maintain and peoples, primarily their rights.
